Gantries RWS

The gantries of Rijkswaterstaat are produced by GS Birkhoff Staalwerken. The company has developed into an internationally operating company over the years. The production, engineering and services are high quality. GS Birkhoff has one of the largest blasting machines in Europe in their possession. After blasting of these gantries, the DualCure coatings are applied in a perfectly conditioned environment.

By using the DualCure Chemistry system, developed by Baril Coatings, less coating is needed. This is better for the environmental impact and leads to a more sustainable result. This coating is dirt-repellent, so there is less dirt on the gantries. The DualCure paint system is also less vulnerable of damage during transport and assembly. This leads to less maintenance and lower maintenance costs.
